How does ordering À La Carte wedding flowers work?

Our À La Carte Wedding Flower service is designed for simplicity and to make your wedding florals as stress-free as possible. Once you place your order online, we’ll reach out by email within 48 hours to request your inspiration photos, discuss delivery, and hear any details about your wedding you would like to share. About two weeks before your wedding to confirm details and delivery timing. We’ll send a final confirmation 24–48 hours before your event, so you know exactly when to expect your blooms. This structure keeps the process straightforward and worry-free—perfect for couples who want beautiful, designer-crafted flowers without long consultations.

Do you offer delivery for à la carte wedding flowers?

Unlike many wedding florists, Happy-Bee Flower Co requires delivery for all À La Carte orders. Your flowers will arrive ready to use, either at your wedding venue or another agreed-upon location.

• $0.65 per mile is added beyond that radius, and is charged via invoice after ordering

Our À La Carte florals are created in our signature garden-inspired, designer’s-choice style. You choose the color palette, and we select the freshest blooms to match. We’ll use your inspiration photos (up to 6) to guide the design. This approach allows us to feature locally grown flowers whenever possible, ensuring your bouquet looks fresh, natural, and in season. (While we can’t guarantee exact flower varieties at our standard pricing, we can explore specific requests. Sourcing of specific blooms may incur additional cost, paid via invoice.)

Are vases or vessels included with the flowers?

Yes! Every à la carte wedding bouquet or arrangement is delivered in a vase or vessel—included in the purchase price. These containers help keep your flowers hydrated and are yours to keep or share with guests after the celebration.

How far in advance should I place my wedding flower order?

All À La Carte wedding flower orders must be placed at least two weeks (14 days) before your event. For the best selection and flexibility with locally sourced flowers, we recommend ordering a minimum of 4–5 weeks in advance, especially during popular spring and fall wedding seasons. There is no maximum limit ordering window.

Do you use local flowers and sustainable materials?

Yes! We prioritize Missouri-grown flowers and seasonal selections whenever possible. We never use floral foam; instead, we design with reusable and eco-friendly mechanics like chicken wire or water-based supports. Your arrangements will reflect sustainable floral design with a lush, garden-style finish.
